How do I send you my login credentials?
You have 2 secure options! You can:
- Include the necessary login credentials during checkout.
- Reply to your welcome email just after you check out with all your login credentials.
Both ways ask you to use a self-destructing link to ensure our team are the only people who can receive your usernames and passwords.
Does it matter what hosting provider I'm using?
No! We’ll work with any website regardless of where it’s hosted.
We understand that different websites have different needs and that people have realistic budgets that they have to meet.
That being said, we may not be able to achieve your speed and security goals on a shared hosting provider.
What if I have multiple (2+) sites that need to be managed?
No problem! We can manage websites for you whether you’re running 1 or 10.
Our care plans each cover one single site, domain, subdomain or WordPress installation. If you have multiple sites as subdomains of a site (e.g. richardsonmarketing.com.au and subdomain. richardsonmarketing.com.au) they still count as separate sites. If you have 3 websites that you’d like us to manage, you’ll need 3 plans, one for each site.
You are more than welcome to choose different plans for each website depending on the needs of each individual site.
Do you offer phone support?
We’ve set up our pricing structure to stay pretty lean and with our global team, it just makes more sense to handle all our support through email and livechat.
While we don’t offer phone support for every plan, we’ve made customer service a huge priority here at Richardson Marketing and you’ll find both our email and ticketing system, effective and friendly!

What happens to the premium plugins if I stop my care plan?
Unfortunately, we can’t continue servicing websites that are no longer covered under our care plans.
If you decide to cancel your Richardson Marketing subscription, you’ll lose access to our license to be able to run the plugin.
If you decide to cancel your Richardson Marketing subscription, you’re more than welcome to continue using any of these premium plugins by purchasing your own copy of the plugin.
Can't I just buy these premium plugins and not subscribe to Richardson Marketing?
You sure can! In fact, we’re building a ton of tutorials and guides on our blog to help you speed up and secure your own WordPress site.
Richardson Marketing isn’t for everybody and we’re ok with that. But we’ve been optimising plugin configurations, hosting environments and WordPress websites for years and we’re pretty damn good at it.
If you want to spend dozens of hours optimising your own plugins, go for it! But if you’d rather an experienced team of WordPress engineers do it all in just a few hours, our care plans are probably a good fit for you.
Speed Optimisation
Can Richardson Marketing help me migrate to a faster host?
We sure can! We partner with multiple hosting providers who we’ve worked with closely over the years.
We manage multiple websites with each of our preferred hosting providers so we can vouch for their hosting quality, customer support and focus on speed.
Our team will be happy to recommend the hosting provider who we think will best fit your websites’ specific needs (including wanting the site to load faster). Once you sign up with your new hosting provider, we’ll work with them and you to oversee your migration. Their migration team will execute the migration but our team will ensure everything moves over smoothly with no downtime.
Once the migration is complete, we’ll take over management of your hosting environment for optimisation to make sure your website is maximising it’s new, fast server!
Does Richardson Marketing offer one-time speed optimisation services?

Can you guarantee that my website will load in under 2 seconds under your care plan?
While our goal is always to achieve loading times of under 1 second, we never make any blanket promises when it comes to loading times of the websites we manage. Anybody who makes promises like this is simply trying to sell you on their services and get you to swipe your credit card sooner rather than later.
This being said, the majority of the websites we manage load in under 2 seconds, which is the recommended loading time to hit according to Google.
Every website is different, and depending on certain aspects of the website, it may be impossible to achieve loading time under 2 seconds! For example, if your website is on shared hosting (alongside 20,000 other websites) and has 20 Google Ads serving external content, chances are your website will be slow.
But if you take our speed engineers’ advice, ensure your website is on appropriate hosting and do a great job balancing marketing & growth needs with minimalist speed optimisation techniques, achieving loading times under 2 seconds should be no problem.
Does Richardson Marketing offer one-time speed optimisation services?
We only provide speed optimisation services for people who want to make their website faster and keep it that way over the long-term.
One-time speed optimisation may help your website load faster now, but as your site continues to change over the following weeks and months, the site will slow down again unless someone is continually optimising the site for speed.
We partner with companies to manage their website speed not just for today and tomorrow, but for the foreseeable a future.
While we don’t recommend purchasing one-time speed optimisation, if you do decide to go with this option, please reach out via our contact us page.
